WesMark Small Company Fund

This fund aims to invest primarily in equity securities of smaller companies, allocating a minimum of 80% of its net assets to such holdings. The adviser, WesBanco Investment Department (a division of WesBanco Bank, Inc.), builds a diversified portfolio by defining small companies as those whose market capitalization, at the time of investment, does not exceed that of companies found in either the Russell 2000® Index or the Standard & Poor's SmallCap 600® Index.
