WesMark Balanced Fund

This fund seeks to accomplish its investment goals through a diversified allocation of capital across equities, fixed-income instruments, and money market holdings. The adviser is responsible for initially establishing the specific percentage of the portfolio to be invested in each of these asset categories. The permissible allocation ranges for each class are as follows: equity securities may comprise 30% to 70%; fixed-income securities also range from 30% to 70%; and money market investments can make up between 0% and 40% of the portfolio.
