This fund operates as a "feeder" vehicle, channeling all its capital into the Master Portfolio managed by MIP. This Master Portfolio maintains an investment objective and strategic approach identical to that of the feeder fund itself. Its primary aim is to replicate the performance of the S&P 500 Index, dedicating a minimum of 90% of its total value to the constituent securities of that index. Moreover, the portfolio's allocation to each individual stock is designed to approximate its weighting within the S&P 500.
