This fund predominantly seeks to profit from the price movements of equity and debt securities belonging to companies involved in distinct corporate events. These "event-driven opportunities" include, but are not limited to, transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, sales of assets or other divestitures, corporate restructurings, debt refinancings, changes in capital structure, reorganizations, and various other unique circumstances.
