Wasatch International Growth Fund

The fund invests primarily in foreign growth companies. It will invest its assets in the equity securities, typically common stock, of small foreign companies. The fund may invest a large percentage of its assets in a few sectors. These sectors were industrials, information technology, financials, health care, communication services, and consumer staples.
