The fund invests in common and preferred stocks, both directly and indirectly (such as through depository receipts), and is not constrained with respect to market capitalization. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in environmental companies (each, an “Environmental Company”). It is non-diversified.
