Invesco Equally-Weighted S&P 500 Fund Class R

The fund invests, under normal circumstances, all, at least 80% of its net assets in common stocks of companies represented in the S&P 500® Equal Weight Index, and in derivatives and other instruments that have economic characteristics similar to such securities. The index is an equal-weighted version of the S&P 500® Index, which is comprised of common stocks of approximately 500 large-capitalization companies that generally represent the large-cap segment of the U.S.equity market.
