Reach Media handles syndicated programs such as "Get Up! Mornings with Erica Campbell," "Rickey Smiley Morning Show," "Russ Parr Morning Show," and "The DL Hughley Show." Originally established in 1980 as Radio One, Inc., the company adopted its current name, Urban One, Inc., in May 2017. Its corporate headquarters are situated in Silver Spring, Maryland.
