AMG TimesSquare Small Cap Growth Fund

The fund dedicates a minimum of 80% of its net assets, supplemented by any borrowed capital for investment, to equity holdings of smaller companies. Its investments typically consist of common and preferred shares from U.S. firms with a small market capitalization. The subadvisor generally classifies a company as small-capitalization if, when acquired, its market value is under $3 billion or if it falls within the market capitalization spectrum of businesses included in the Russell 2000® Index.
