Under typical market conditions, this fund allocates a minimum of 80% of its portfolio to large-capitalization stock holdings. Its primary focus is on shares of major U.S. corporations, which are identified using the criteria of its benchmark, the Russell 1000® Value Index. The fund's management seeks out these companies when they are believed to be undervalued by the market, following a thorough evaluation of their inherent worth. Additionally, up to one-fifth of the fund's assets may be invested in international securities.
