AMG TimesSquare Mid Cap Growth Fund

This fund primarily focuses its investments on common and preferred shares of U.S. mid-capitalization companies, committing at least 80% of its net assets—along with any funds borrowed for investment purposes—to this strategy. The fund's subadviser defines these "mid-capitalization" firms as those whose market value, at the point of acquisition, falls within the size parameters of companies included in the Russell Midcap® Growth Index.
