The fund generally allocates a minimum of 80% of its combined net assets and borrowed capital to a varied selection of equity investments in medium-sized companies. For inclusion, these companies must have a market capitalization at the time of purchase that aligns with the average 12-month capitalization range of the companies comprising the Russell Midcap Index. This core equity allocation can encompass common stocks, American Depositary Receipts (ADRs), and real estate investment trusts (REITs).
