Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its assets in equity securities. It focuses on large-cap securities that the advisor believes to be attractively valued, show the potential to appreciate faster than the rest of the market and return cash to shareholders in the form of dividends, stock buybacks or both. It is non-diversified.
