The fund ordinarily commits at least four-fifths of its overall assets (which includes any capital acquired through borrowing for investment purposes) to common stocks issued by companies with substantial market valuations. These businesses possess market capitalizations that fall within the scope of firms tracked by the Russell 1000® Value Index at the moment of their acquisition.
