This fund primarily seeks growth through investments in the stocks (equity securities) of companies located within the United States. While it generally favors established businesses with mid-to-large market valuations, it also possesses the discretion to allocate capital to smaller enterprises. A minor portion of the portfolio, up to 20% of its total net assets, may be channeled into the shares of companies based outside the U.S.
