Virtus Zevenbergen Innovative Growth Stock Fund Class I

The fund primarily invests a minimum of 80% of its net assets (including any borrowed funds for investment) in common shares of American companies and other equity instruments traded on U.S. exchanges. The Adviser broadly defines these U.S.-traded equity securities to include American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) and other securities listed in the U.S. from companies established, domiciled, or operating in foreign nations. Investments are not restricted by company size, and the fund may also allocate a portion of its holdings to securities from non-U.S. companies, whether these are issued in the U.S. or internationally.
