Victory High Yield Fund - Class Y

The fund's primary goal is to generate current income, with capital appreciation as a secondary objective. It principally allocates its capital to various debt instruments, including high-yield corporate bonds and convertible bonds. These investments must carry a sub-investment grade rating from nationally recognized statistical ratings organizations at the point of acquisition. Should a security be unrated, Park Avenue Institutional Advisers LLC, the fund's sub-adviser, evaluates it to ensure it possesses comparable credit quality. Typically, a minimum of 80% of the fund's total assets are dedicated to these non-investment grade debt securities and related holdings at the time of their purchase.
