Under typical market conditions, the fund allocates a substantial portion—at least 80%—of its total assets (including any capital acquired through borrowing for investment purposes) to equity securities and various instruments designed to derive value from equity performance. These equity-linked or derivative instruments aim to replicate the returns of underlying stocks and include examples such as equity swaps (both for single companies and broader indices), equity index futures contracts, and exchange-traded funds (ETFs) or other comparable pooled investment vehicles.
