PACE International Equity Investments

This fund commits a minimum of 80% of its total net assets, including any capital leveraged for investment, to equity-based instruments. Its main strategy involves acquiring shares of corporations primarily situated in developed nations outside the U.S. These securities are predominantly traded on exchanges in Japan, Europe, the Pacific region, and Australia, though some may also be listed on U.S. stock markets. The investments may consist of common stocks, irrespective of whether they offer dividend payments, as well as securities convertible into common stock, all issued by entities headquartered abroad.
