The fund's management team primarily seeks investment opportunities in the equity securities of companies located outside the United States. Under typical market conditions, at least 80% of its net assets, including any funds acquired through leverage for investment purposes, will be allocated to shares of non-U.S. businesses. However, investments in companies within emerging markets will be capped at 15% of its net assets.
