Parnassus Core Equity Fund

This fund aims to generate both an increase in capital value and a consistent stream of current income for its shareholders. It primarily achieves these objectives through strategic investments in a broad and varied portfolio of company shares, encompassing both common and preferred stock. Typically, the fund allocates a minimum of 80% of its net assets, along with any borrowed capital used for investments, directly into these equity instruments. Additionally, under normal circumstances, at least 65% of the fund's entire asset base will be dedicated to equity holdings that provide either interest or dividend payments.
