Issued in conjunction with OTG Acquisition Corp. I's initial public offering, these are redeemable warrants. An individual unit bundles one Class A ordinary share with one-half of a warrant. Each warrant offers the right to acquire a single Class A ordinary share at an exercise price of US$11.50.
