The North Star Dividend Fund Class I primarily aims to generate income through dividends, with capital appreciation as a secondary objective. To achieve these goals, the fund commits at least 80% of its net assets to a diverse collection of securities that pay dividends. Typically, the advisor intends to deploy between 80% and 100% of the fund's net assets in long positions within dividend-issuing companies deemed to be undervalued. The size of any single holding within the portfolio will generally not exceed 5% of the fund's total net assets.
