Nuveen Real Asset Income Fund Class I

This fund primarily aims to deliver substantial current income, with a secondary objective of achieving capital appreciation. It commits a minimum of 80% of its combined net assets and any leveraged investment funds to securities issued by companies associated with real assets, provided these companies are generating income at the point of acquisition. The portfolio will incorporate both equity and debt instruments; however, investments in debt securities are capped at 40% of its net asset value. While the fund may allocate capital to non-U.S. securities, its exposure to emerging markets is strictly limited to 50% of its net assets at the time of purchase.
