Northern Stock Index Fund

This fund primarily allocates at least 80% of its net assets to the equity securities comprising the S&P 500® Index. Its holdings are structured to closely mirror the proportional representation of individual stocks within that benchmark. Additionally, the fund may utilize S&P 500 Index futures contracts, provided they receive approval from the Commodity Futures Trading Commission.
