This fund commits a significant portion of its capital to companies operating within the real estate sector. Specifically, at least 80% of its net assets, combined with any funds borrowed for investment purposes, will be allocated to the stocks of these real estate-focused enterprises. The Subadvisor has a clear definition for what qualifies a company as "principally engaged" in real estate: it must either generate a minimum of 50% of its revenue or profits from activities such as the ownership, construction, management, financing, or sale of residential, commercial, or industrial properties; or, alternatively, at least half of its total assets must be invested in these property types. It's important to note that this fund is classified as non-diversified.
