Under standard market conditions, the Adviser endeavors to achieve the fund's investment objective by predominantly allocating capital to a globally diverse selection of both mature and growing companies. These companies typically possess market capitalizations similar to those represented in the MSCI All Country World Index. Furthermore, the fund generally maintains significant international exposure, committing no less than 40% of its total assets to securities issued by companies located outside the United States. However, this international allocation can be reduced at the Adviser's discretion if they determine that market conditions are not favorable.
