This fund primarily allocates capital to common stocks and depositary receipts representing dividend-paying common stocks. It targets U.S. companies and international companies listed in the U.S. that the advisor believes provide robust and consistent dividends, demonstrate sound financial health, and satisfy specific valuation benchmarks derived from value investing principles and Classic Valuation Analysis. The fund is committed to investing a minimum of 80% of its net assets, including any borrowed funds used for investment purposes, in these dividend-generating equities. A significant portion of its holdings consists of large-capitalization companies.
