Janus Henderson Research Fund Class A

This fund aims to achieve its investment objectives by primarily allocating capital to common stocks selected for their potential for significant growth. It maintains flexibility to invest across the market capitalization spectrum, including both large, established corporations and smaller, developing growth companies. Additionally, the fund may generate extra income by lending out its portfolio securities to approved broker-dealers and other financial entities. Such lending, which can be short or long-term, will not exceed one-third of the fund's total assets at the point of loan origination.
