Invests at least 99.5% of total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated cash, U.S. government securities, and fully collateralized repurchase agreements. Maintains dollar-weighted average maturity of 60 days or less and average life to maturity of 120 days or less. Designed for short-term cash management with principal preservation priority.
