Harbor Small Cap Value Fund

The Harbor Small Cap Value Fund primarily allocates capital to the equity securities of small-capitalization companies, specifically common and preferred shares. Typically, under normal market conditions, the fund commits a minimum of 80% of its net assets, including any borrowed funds used for investment, to the securities of such small-cap firms. The investment adviser classifies small-cap entities as those whose market capitalization falls within the range of the Russell 2000® Index. The portfolio is expected to consist of roughly 55 to 70 distinct companies.
