The fund primarily deploys its assets into other mutual funds managed by Gotham, referred to as its "underlying funds." Each of these underlying funds pursues a long/short equity strategy, maintaining diverse levels of net market exposure (determined by subtracting short positions from long positions). The fund's capital distribution, both among the underlying funds and other investments, can be adjusted by the advisor based on their current assessment of prevailing market conditions.
