GMO Quality Fund

The GMO Quality Fund aims to achieve its investment objectives predominantly by allocating capital to equity securities of companies that GMO deems to be of high quality. The fund retains the flexibility to concentrate a substantial portion of its holdings within a single asset class, industry, sector, country, region, issuer, currency, or group of companies with similar market capitalizations. It may invest in businesses across the full range of market capitalizations. Furthermore, its portfolio may include investments in U.S. Treasury funds, money market funds unaffiliated with GMO, and direct holdings in the types of short-term instruments typically found in money market portfolios. This fund is classified as non-diversified.
