Under typical conditions, this fund commits a minimum of 80% of its total assets to equity holdings in substantial, large-capitalization enterprises. These are defined by the sub-advisor as companies whose market valuations, at the point of purchase, align with the range of businesses comprising the Russell 1000® Index. Additionally, the fund may strategically employ financial derivatives, including futures, forwards, and comparable instruments, to convert available cash reserves into market exposure and access relevant stock markets.
