Hennessy Gas Utility Fund

The Hennessy Gas Utility Fund's objective is to closely track the investment returns of the American Gas Association Stock Index. This specialized benchmark is administered by the American Gas Association, a prominent national trade group representing natural gas distribution companies, and its use as an investment strategy is exclusively licensed to the fund's Manager. The fund will dedicate at least 85% of its total assets to the equity shares of companies primarily involved in natural gas distribution and transmission. Notably, the portfolio adheres to a passive management approach, meaning investment decisions are not influenced by active economic, financial, or market analysis.
