This fund aims to meet its financial targets by committing a minimum of 80% of its capital, including any funds acquired through borrowing for investment, to the equity securities of smaller United States-based companies. This commitment is officially termed the "80% Policy." Furthermore, the fund is permitted to allocate a segment of its portfolio to real estate investment trusts, or REITs.
