Nuveen Real Estate Securities Fund

This fund generally commits at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowed funds for investment, to income-generating common stocks of publicly traded companies within the real estate industry. While it has the flexibility to invest in all three types of Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), the advisor anticipates focusing primarily on equity REITs. A maximum of 15% of the fund's total assets may be directed towards equity securities from non-U.S. issuers that are not denominated in U.S. dollars. Furthermore, up to 15% of its overall assets can be invested in equity securities originating from emerging market entities.
