First Eagle U.S. Value Fund

Typically, at least 80% of the fund's net assets (including any capital obtained through borrowing for investment) are allocated to U.S.-based stocks and bonds. A smaller portion of the portfolio may also be directed towards non-U.S. securities. The fund maintains the flexibility to invest in companies of any size, from large corporations to mid-sized and smaller enterprises. Its permissible debt holdings encompass a variety of fixed income securities, with no constraints based on credit quality or time until maturity, alongside various short-term debt instruments.
