Eventide Dividend Opportunities Fund Class I Shares

This fund aims to achieve its investment goals by primarily allocating capital to equities that pay dividends. Typically, a minimum of 80% of the fund's total assets, encompassing any borrowed funds utilized for investment, will be deployed into companies distributing dividends. While the fund maintains flexibility regarding the categories of securities it may acquire without restriction, it caps its exposure to any single industry sector and to Master Limited Partnerships (MLPs) at under 25% of its net assets.
