Under typical market conditions, at least 80% of its portfolio is dedicated to equity instruments, which can encompass common stocks, preferred stocks, depositary receipts, and Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs). Its investments span companies based in a minimum of three distinct countries, potentially including the United States.
