Typically, the Fund allocates at least 90% of its total net assets, including any capital acquired through borrowing, to the equity securities that constitute this Index. Employing an indexing approach, the Fund's objective is to replicate the Index's performance before any charges or expenses are deducted. The investment advisor strives for a high degree of congruence, targeting a correlation coefficient of 0.95 or better (before fees and expenses) between the Fund's outcomes and those of the Index, noting that a figure of 1.00 would denote perfect alignment.
