DFA U.S. Large Cap Equity Portfolio

As a standard practice, this fund allocates a minimum of 80% of its total net assets to common stocks of large, well-established American companies. To manage its market exposure, particularly in response to anticipated or actual cash flowing into or out of the portfolio, it also has the flexibility to buy or sell derivative instruments like futures contracts and options on futures contracts, referencing U.S. equity securities and broad market indices.
