This fund primarily allocates capital to common equity securities of U.S. corporations, encompassing those of any market capitalization, which are currently subject to shareholder activism. The advisor defines an activist as any investor holding more than a 5% stake in a company who either possesses a documented history of activist strategies, or has openly articulated specific objectives for transformation. These objectives might include, but are not limited to, seeking board representation, enhancing operational performance or corporate governance, advocating for a merger, divesting a business segment, or initiating the sale of substantial company holdings. The fund maintains a non-diversified investment approach.
