Dunham International Stock Fund

This fund primarily allocates its capital to a diverse range of equity instruments, such as common and preferred shares, along with depositary receipts that represent these types of stock. These holdings are issued by multinational enterprises and sourced from a variety of global trading platforms, including established stock exchanges, nascent emerging markets, alternative trading venues, and direct over-the-counter transactions. Typically, at least 80% of the fund's total assets (which include net assets combined with any borrowed capital utilized for investment) are dedicated to shares of companies based outside the United States, spread across a minimum of three distinct international markets. These investments can target firms situated or conducting business within both developed and developing economies.
