This investment vehicle's primary objective is to achieve significant long-term growth in its capital. Operating predominantly as a "fund of funds," it aims to fulfill this goal by strategically allocating its assets among a select group of underlying mutual funds and exchange-traded funds (ETFs) that focus on both equities and fixed income. At least 95% of its net assets, specifically those designated for stock and bond investments, are distributed among these chosen portfolio funds, with the allocation dynamically adjusted based on the current level of the Standard & Poor's (S&P) 500® Index. The remaining portion, up to 5% of its net assets, augmented by any cash received on a given day, may be held in highly liquid instruments such as cash, premium short-term debt, and government-issued securities.
