Under typical market conditions, the fund commits a significant portion—at least 80%—of its net assets (including any funds acquired through borrowing for investment purposes) to equities issued by companies with substantial market capitalizations. For this fund, "large-capitalization" refers to companies whose market values align with the size spectrum of businesses represented in the Russell 1000® Value Index at the time of the investment.
