The Cohen & Steers Preferred Sec & Inc I fund allocates a significant portion—at least 80% of its total investable capital (net assets plus any borrowed funds)—to a diverse portfolio of preferred shares and fixed-income instruments. These income-generating assets are issued by both U.S. and international corporations. Furthermore, a minimum of 25% of the fund's net assets is specifically directed towards companies operating within the financial sector. The fund maintains unlimited flexibility regarding its exposure to securities from non-U.S. companies, and these investments may be denominated in currencies other than the U.S. dollar. It also has the option to invest up to 15% of its net assets in securities from entities located in emerging market nations.
