To achieve its investment objectives, the fund primarily allocates its capital to common equity shares issued by U.S. companies. In addition to these domestic common stocks, the fund's portfolio may also encompass other types of equity instruments, such as Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) and American Depositary Receipts (ADRs). Under typical market conditions, a minimum of 80% of the fund's net assets, alongside any borrowed funds employed for investment purposes, will be dedicated to these defined equity securities: common stocks, REITs, and ADRs. This fund operates as a non-diversified investment vehicle.
