The fund is mandated to commit at least four-fifths of its total capital, encompassing any leveraged funds utilized for investment, to a diverse collection of equity holdings that generate income through dividends. While primarily composed of common stocks, this portfolio may also feature preferred shares and convertible securities. The investment approach largely centers on identifying companies whose shares are considered undervalued, though the fund also has the flexibility to invest in businesses poised for significant long-term growth. Furthermore, it can allocate capital to companies of any market capitalization, from small to large.
