Buffalo Early Stage Growth Fund

The Buffalo Early Stage Growth Fund primarily allocates at least 80% of its total capital, including any funds acquired through borrowing for investment, to a diverse range of equity instruments. These investments comprise common stock, preferred shares, convertible bonds, warrants, and rights, all sourced from companies that the advisor designates as "early stage growth" at the point of acquisition. While mainly concentrated on domestic holdings, the fund also maintains the flexibility to channel up to 20% of its net assets into international opportunities, specifically through sponsored or unsponsored American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) and equity securities of foreign corporations that are publicly traded on U.S. stock exchanges.
